North Korean construction workers have completed the framework of a 70-floor skyscraper, the second highest building in Pyongyang, at the Ryomyong Street development zone, state media said on Monday.

“The completion of this framework means the wrapping up of those of dozens (sic) of high-rise apartment blocks in a little over three months, providing a sure guarantee of the finishing of Ryomyong Street within this year,” a report in the English language Pyongyang Times said, noting a July 30 completion date of its framework.
