North Korea has revealed further plans for two of its special economic zones (SEZ)’s, including the apparently stalled project at Sinuiju, in its fourth instalment of quarterly journal Foreign Trade Magazine.

The two page spread also includes details on the less well publicised Chongsu tourist SEZ, foreign investment regulations and is followed later in the publication by an article with the exact wording of the new SEZ tax regulations, which were only summarised in previous articles on the topic.
