North Korea is adding to the list of government and industrial sites run on solar energy, according to a recent article from the Pyongyang Times.

The report claims the DPRK’s Telematics Research Institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications is now 80 percent powered by solar panels.

The new array is the first part of a two-stage project which will generate 20 Kilowatts of energy when complete.
