News Two ships crewed by N. Koreans arrested in South AfricaOwners had defaulted on mortgage payments, crew only recently able to go back to North Korea A recent series of articles in the shipping business journal Trade Winds outlined the seizure and court ordered auctioning of two vessels in the South African port of Durban.
