Artyom Lukin is a professor and deputy director for research at the Oriental Institute of Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. His areas of expertise include international politics in the Asia-Pacific, Russia’s relations with East Asia, as well as social, political and economic affairs in the Russian Far East.
