North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's younger sister warned the U.S. that Pyongyang is "seriously considering" measures to "escalate" nuclear weapons-related actions in response to Washington sending an aircraft carrier to South Korea this week, according to state media.
In a statement released by the Rodong Sinmun on Tuesday morning, Kim Yo Jong complained about the arrival of the USS Carl Vinson and other naval vessels in the southern ROK port city of Busan on Sunday, as well as the upcoming joint U.S.-ROK "Freedom Shield" military exercises.
