The North Korean leader’s influential sister accused South Korean activists of committing “despicable acts” by sending anti-regime leaflets across the border on Tuesday, a week after warning that those who carry out such launches will “pay a dear price.”

In an evening statement released through the Korean Central News Agency, Kim Yo Jong said various propaganda leaflets and items sent by “South Korean scum” were found scattered in several areas near the DPRK’s southern border earlier the same day.
