The Gallup Korea public opinion poll conducted from Nov. 12 to 14 with 1,002 voters nationwide also found that two-thirds of respondents support South Korea developing nuclear weapons, amid concerns about the president-elect’s commitment to defending the U.S. ally against DPRK threats. Half of South Koreans believe Donald Trump's return to the White House will negatively impact ROK national security and relations with North Korea, according to a new survey released Friday.

The Gallup Korea public opinion poll conducted from Nov. 12 to 14 with 1,002 voters nationwide also found that two-thirds of respondents support South Korea developing nuclear weapons, amid concerns about the president-elect’s commitment to defending the U.S. ally against DPRK threats.
