A delayed U.N. Security Council (UNSC) vote on extending the mandate of the Panel of Experts overseeing North Korea sanctions is scheduled to take place on Thursday morning in New York, informed sources told NK News.
The U.N. website shows that a session to discuss the DPRK is scheduled for 10 a.m.
