Senior U.S. and South Korean officials condemned North Korean military cooperation with Russia on Friday, following a meeting to discuss the use of “military and economic measures” to deter DPRK attack.
The joint statement follows a summit between North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier this week. It also came the same day as Kim visited a Russian military jet factory to explore "potential" for cooperation on aircraft manufacturing.
