ROK authorities found a presumed North Korean man carrying drugs dead near the inter-Korean border earlier this month, NK News has confirmed.
The National Intelligence Service (NIS) told NK News on Tuesday that the South Korean military discovered the body along the coast of Ganghwa Island in the Yellow Sea on May 19, and that “suspicious objects presumed to be drugs” were found among his belongings.
