North Korea fired two ballistic missiles Tuesday morning, according to South Korea’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
The launch comes a day after the start of large-scale Freedom Shield U.S.-ROK joint military drills, and two days after North Korea appeared to test long-range cruise missiles from a submarine for the first time.
