U.S. and South Korean forces conducted a joint air exercise with an American B-1B strategic bomber on Friday, in a show of Washington’s commitment to extended deterrence against North Korea, according to Seoul’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
South Korean F-15K and KF-16 fighters flew with the bomber over the Yellow Sea and an unspecified area in the central inland region of South Korea, JCS announced in a press release.
