North Korean state television is actively preparing newer and better programming for children amid rising demand, Korean Central Television (KCTV) announced on Monday.
The commitment comes after authorities instructed the arts industry and TV broadcasters last January to “wage a vigorous media campaign aimed at deeply instilling” the ruling party’s socialist ideology in viewers.
