North Korean leader Kim Jong Un visited a construction site for new terraced apartments in Pyongyang for the third time this year, applauding builders for making progress despite economic “difficulties,” state media reported on Saturday.

The front page of Saturday’s state-run Rodong Sinmun newspaper showed the North Korean leader holding an umbrella while guiding officials at the Pothong Riverside Terraced Residential District, one of North Korea’s main construction projects this year.
