EU extends sanctions to combat cyberattacks from North Korea and others

Chosun Expo, a North Korea-linked entity, has been listed in EU sanctions since July 2020

The European Union (EU) extended sanctions on a North Korea-linked entity known to have facilitated global cyberattacks.

Since May 2019, the EU has been able to impose sanctions on individuals or entities responsible for cyberattacks, attempted cyberattacks, or those who provide support for such activities.
