North Korea told foreigners working in its capital city to remain indoors throughout Tuesday due to an anticipated dust storm, multiple informed sources told NK News.
The notification was distributed late on Monday evening to embassies and international organizations still present in North Korea. Russia's Embassy confirmed the development later on Tuesday, stating on its Facebook page that it had received a similar notification late on Tuesday. Access to the city would be banned between 5 a.m. and 10 p.m., the embassy stated.
