Speaking at a press conference in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, David R. Stilwell — the U.S. assistant secretary of state for the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs — also commented on the U.S. government’s recent commitment to “disrupting” the DPRK’s weapons supply chain.
