Seoul working with "relevant authorities" on response to social media-friendly propaganda from Pyongyang

South Korean laws governing inter-Korean exchanges do not prohibit citizens from viewing YouTube accounts sharing North Korean propaganda, an official from the country's Ministry of Unification (MOU) said Tuesday.

Speaking during an off-the-record background-briefing to local press, the comments came in response to a question about how the South Korean government plans to respond to marked increase in North Korean propaganda on social media and YouTube.
