North Korea’s KCTV added to fourth satellite broadcasting service

Development could make KCTV easier to watch in South Korea

North Korea's Korea Central Television (KCTV) has been added to the channels carried by the ChinaSat 12 satellite, NK News has learned.

A high-definition and unencrypted KCTV relay has been broadcast on the China Satellite Communications Co.-maintained satellite since at least mid-January, according to a recent Lyngsat update.
