Recent activity at North Korea's Sohae Satellite Launch Facility should not be considered as constituting preparations for a missile launch, South Korea's defense minister said on Monday.
Speaking at a hearing of the National Assembly's defense committee, Minister of National Defense Jeong Kyeong-doo said it would be a “prejudgement” to label imagery showing ongoing reconstruction at the Sohae Satellite Launch Facility as “missile-related.”
