North Korea’s top official in the foreign ministry in charge of denuclearization negotiations with the U.S., Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Choe Son Hui, is traveling to Sweden for an "international conference,” South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency reported Tuesday.
Met by reporters in Beijing after arriving on an Air Koryo flight from Pyongyang just before noon Tuesday, Choe reportedly said she would be "speaking at an international conference in Sweden.”
