U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton on Tuesday said a second summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is necessary as the DPRK has not lived up to commitments made in Singapore.
Bolton also reiterated earlier comments from U.S. President Trump who on Saturday indicated a second meeting with Kim would likely happen early next year.
