Nikki Haley will leave her role as the U.S. Ambassador to the UN at the end of the year, U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday during a joint press conference.
While Trump confirmed earlier reports indicating Haley would resign, both appeared amicable at the press conference with the President adding that he hoped she would be able to return to his administration in a different capacity in the future.
