South Korean delegation to visit KIC ahead of joint liaison office opening: MOU

Visit will be first by ROK side since complex's closure in 2016

A South Korean delegation will visit the now-shuttered Kaesong Industrial Complex (KIC) tomorrow in preparation for the installation of the inter-Korean liaison office, the Ministry of Unification (MOU) announced on Thursday.

Pyongyang today agreed that a task force team for the establishment of the joint liaison office could visit the KIC and inspect the area, the unification ministry said, following a proposal from Seoul on Tuesday.
