Japan on Wednesday reported another case of an illegal ship-to-ship transfer between a North Korean ship and a foreign accomplice in the East China Sea to the United Nations, the country's foreign ministry said.
In a statement on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) website, Tokyo said that the transaction had taken place between the North Korean flagged Rye Song Gang No. 1 and Belize flagged Wan Heng 11 early on Tuesday morning 250 km off the Shanghai coast.
