The West African state of Equatorial Guinea has notified the UN Security Council (UNSC) 1718 committee that it will be informing all companies with ties to North Korea that they must cease their relationships, its UNSC resolution implementation report read on Thursday.
The report marks the first time that Equatorial Guinea has filed an implementation report for UNSC sanctions against North Korea, despite being required to do so.
