Rodong Sinmun says United Nations reform is an "issue that can’t be delayed"

North Korean state media said on Wednesday called for the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) to have the final vote on UN Security Council (UNSC) sanctions and called for reform of the international body.

An article in the Rodong Sinmun, an organ of the ruling Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), called for “reforming the UN immediately” to reduce the risk of war and establish a “new and fair international order."
