South Korea is learning that recent overtures to engage in dialogue with Pyongyang will not succeed, U.S. President Donald Trump said in a post on Twitter just hours after the DPRK's official announcement of a fifth nuclear test on Sunday.
Claiming that he has already made South Korea aware of his belief that attempts at "appeasement" would not work, the President said in three tweets that the DPRK is a "rogue nation" whose leaders "only understand one thing."
