S. Korea must “give up” conditions for inter-Korean dialogue: Rodong Sinmun

Moon has said freeze in missile, nuclear tests must happen before talks can take place

The Rodong Sinmun, an organ of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), on Thursday called on the Moon Jae-in government to “give up” conditions for inter-Korean dialogue as, it claimed, they are unlikely to be met.

South Korean President Moon Jae-in has repeatedly stated his government's position that dialogue between the South and the North can begin only when Pyongyang ceases “nuclear testing and missile provocations."
