North Korea rolls out new heart rate monitor app for smartphone users

Online program for managing diet also recently launched

A North Korean company has rolled out a heart rate monitor application for smartphone users, the Pyongyang-linked Arirang-Meari website reported on Thursday.

The online program provides “clear-cut diagnosis and prescription after monitoring the electrocardiogram (ECG) data in real time via mobile phone and automatic analysis.”
