South Korean President extends condolences to Warmbier family

Moon says in condolence letter he "deplores" DPRK treatment of 22-year-old

President Moon Jae-in has expressed his personal condolences to the family of U.S. citizen Otto Warmbier, South Korea's presidential office said on Tuesday.

Warmbier, who was held captive in North Korea for more than 17 months and who returned to Ohio last week in a coma, died aged 22 on Monday local time.
