N. Korean tankers still waiting for oil following new sanctions

The DPRK's tankers continue to wait following new OFAC designation on June 1

Six North Korean tankers have yet to load any oil at a Vladivostok terminal following the U.S. designation of its owner over a week ago, analysis of vessel tracking data provided by Marine Traffic shows.

Five of the oil carrying ships are still moored near the facility on the western side of the city, while one left the area seemingly without loading any cargo, headed southeast and away from the North Korean coast.
