South Korea on Tuesday endorsed the decision by two American government agencies to issue unsealed charges against a Chinese conglomerate linked to illicit nuclear-related trades with North Korea.
In a press briefing, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said it welcomed U.S. sanctions on the HongXiang group and said it sent a strong message to the international community about the repercussions of illicit trade with the DPRK.
