Minor natural earthquake hits South Phyongan Province

South Korean official confirms the earthquake not man-made

A minor natural earthquake hit North Korea about 28 kilometers north of Songchon, South Phyongan Province, South Korea's Korea Meteorological Administration reported Tuesday.

South Korean officials confirmed that the earthquake was not man-made.
