Third violation of maritime boundary in two weeks during crab fishing season

A North Korean fishing boat crossed the Northern Limit Line in the Sea of Japan early Wednesday morning, South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency reported.

According to South Korean military authorities, a single North Korea fishing vessel with a crew of five crossed to about 21 kilometers south of the Northern Limit Line, the maritime boundary between North and South Korea, about 125 kilometers east of Goseong, Gangwon Province, in the Sea of Japan (known in Korea as the East Sea).
