U.S., S.Korea, Japan vow tighter alliance against N.Korea

China will step up military armament against the stronger alliance in the long term

Seoul, Washington and Tokyo will continue the push for sanctions enforcement against North Korea, high-ranking diplomatic officials stated in Seoul on Tuesday.

In line with their summit in Washington, D.C. three weeks ago and the UN Security Council’s statement against Pyongyang’s on April 15 ballistic missile launch, the three allies focused on their close cooperation with countries with a vested interest in the region, highlighting China’s role.
