North Korea have made rapid progress on a third power plant in the Mount Paekdu region, footage from Korean Central Television (KCTV) published on Tuesday shows.
The footage shows that numerous parts of the third Paekdusan Youth Hero hydro plant are complete, with electricity transmission infrastructure also in place. Buildings which will likely house generator machinery and large pylons are also apparent.
