Chinese woman arrested in Japan for selling knitwear to N.Korea

Japan’s tough, autonomous N.Korea sanctions reflect national sentiment toward the regime

A Chinese woman was arrested in Japan on Tuesday for illegally exporting knitwear to North Korea.

Tang Xiao Qian, 38, was arrested in Yokohama on charges of illegal exporting from the Osaka-based trading company where she had previously worked, the Jiji news agency reported.
