North Korea claims to have acceded to two space-related agreements, including the agreement on the rescue of astronauts, the return of astronauts and the return of objects launched into outer space and the convention on international liability for damage caused by space objects, according to DPRK media on Wednesday.
The conventions are all administered by the UN’s Office for Outer Space Affairs (OOSA) and date back to the 1960s and '70s.
