South Korea’s Red Cross offers talks with North Korea on separated families

Seoul also weighing aid for Rason following recent extreme weather

South Korea’s Red Cross has offered working-level talks with its North Korean counterpart on September 7 to discuss reunions of families separated since the Korean War, the South's Ministry of Unification said Friday.

The talks would take place at the House of Peace in Panmunjom.
