North, South Korea reach six-clause agreement after talks

Two Koreas agree to step down from hostilities, North Korea expresses 'regret' over mine blast incident

Update, 25 August 2015, 10:00 PM EST: The Korean Central News Agency released the full text of the inter-Korean agreement, which reveals that North Korea agreed to "lift the semi-war state" but did not expressly agree to stop provocations as was originally reported based on early press releases.

South Korea will stop anti-North Korea loudspeaker broadcasts on "condition of no abnormal situations," as North Korea issues "regret" for recent "provocations" and promises they won't recur, Yonhap News Agency said.
