Two North Korea-affiliated websites were hacked and their homepages replaced by the front cover of a UN human rights report and pictures of starving children, the Yonhap News Agency reported today.
While one of the sites appears to have been completely deleted, the other still features an image of the United Nations Commission of Inquiry (COI) report on the DPRK’s human rights abuses published last year.
