North Korea’s de facto head of state, Kim Yong Nam, met with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday while visiting Moscow for the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II.
The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that the two shared views on bilateral relations and that Kim presented Putin with a personal letter from North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
