S. Korean officials given the cold shoulder at Kaesong

North turned down the condemned committee members to visit facilities in the complex

SEOUL — North Korea blocked observers including members of the Presidential committee, which Pyongyang condemned for seeking unification by regime change, from observing its healthcare facilities Kaesong Industrial Complex on March 25.

The group of healthcare experts visited the part of the complex over which South Korea has jurisdiction, and were accompanied by four members of the Presidential Committee for Unification Preparation (PCUP).
