Park calls for North Korea to reform, engage in inter-Korean dialogue

Park speaks of economic benefits of unification in preparatory committee meeting

South Korean President Park Geun-hye on Monday urged North Korea to reform, as part of remarks made during the first meeting of the Presidential Committee of Unification Preparation in 2015.

Park also called for North Korea to engage in inter-Korean talks without preconditions following an offer for dialogue issued by South Korea in January.
