News North Korea restricts foreigner access to Facebook, TwitterIndicates North Korea's unease about flow of information outside country by foreigners, says Pyongyang watcher North Korea has completely restricted access to Facebook and Twitter, services almost exclusively used by diplomatic missions and international humanitarian organizations in Pyongyang, the Russian News Agency TASS reported on Thursday. The ban follows North Korea’s August blanket prohibition on Internet access through WiFi by foreign embassies, officials and international NGOs working in country, citing interests of national security.
