An editorial in North Korea’s state-run Pyongyang Times on August 15 boasted of the success of the country’s most recent missile test and quite clearly warned that further tests will be conducted.
The article was written by Kim In Yong, chief of the Rocket Research Section at the Second Academy of Natural Sciences. The academy – especially the Rocket Research Section – is affiliated with the Second Economic Committee, which runs North Korea’s arms industry.
