News UK, N. Korea agree on more cultural exchanges“When you have two countries who know so little about each other, you have to find ways to build connections" A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the British Council and the DPRK Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, designed to expand cultural exchanges between the two countries.
