North Korea's first Western European based restaurant re-opened at the end of 2013 under the name of its new holding company Haedongwha, the Dutch newspaper Het Parool reported last Monday.
The restaurant includes several of the same North Korean staff that worked at the ill-fated Pyongyang Restaurant in 2012, Western Europe's first DPRK staffed restaurant, located in Amsterdam.
